I created this blog site because I am outraged at what is happening to our country. I want to do what I can to catalyze change in our country. We need a re-emergence of real leadership. I am disgusted at how government has allowed millions of Americans lose their jobs and homes while they have bailed out corporate criminals who are doing nothing more than fleecing hard-working Americans day after day. It’s time we focused our energy on fighting the War on the Home-Front folks. Join the army…
ABOUT ME
I am married and have two boys, 6 & 8 yrs. old. I am a veteran and served in the US Army as a combat field medic. After returning to civilian life I worked as a nurse in intensive care units for 5 years. I have 8 years of mortgage banking and finance experience. I also maintain an active real estate license in Florida, licensed since 2002.
I have done well over 400 hours of research on Foreclosure Defense and Consumer Rights Issues in the areas of Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, RESPA and so on. I have combined my research, reading and experience in the real estate and finance industries to develop a program to help others who find themselves in a tough situation. My wife is an attorney and she represents some of our clients. We also have a small network of attorneys in Florida we refer to as well.
I am also the Founder & CEO of Herocare, Inc. In 2005 I started developing HEROCARE in an effort to help out the people who are the core of our country and the core of the forgotten middle class – our essential service workers like our military, police, fire, teachers and nurses, just to name a few. Herocare has grown incredibly fast and is now operating in 21 states and about 50 counties across the US from Florida to Hawaii.
In the process of building Herocare, two common requests kept coming up… “I need help with foreclosure” and “I need help with my debt and credit.” These common requests prompted me to spend hundreds of hours of research which still continues to this day. What I have uncovered has both enraged me and impassioned me to help the “little guy” fight the “big guys” in the classic David vs. Goliath showdowns every day. We are being defrauded by an entire system and government that literally cleans our clocks every day. The only thing we can do is “get off the sidelines” and fight – lest we become indentured in modern day slavery.
